A furniture manufacturer, which had been mainly engaged in OEM, asked us to provide consulting services for sales promotion of their products and development of a team structure. We redefined the concept, created a trade name and logo, and narrowed down the product line in order to achieve brand unity. Also. In addition to the establishment of a dedicated team to manage the company's own e-commerce operation, we also strengthened the company's ability to stand on its own.

Unify brand colors and lead the operations team
In order to create a sense of unity as a brand, we created a concept, a store name and logo, and unified the brand colors of the furniture to be sold. I also took on the role of leading the entire team by presenting business plans and action plans to the members of the newly established EC management team, such as holding EC study sessions and visiting exhibitions with them.
After rebranding, the company opened a store on Rakuten Ichiba.
After unifying the tone of the site and the products it handles, the company finally opened a store on the Rakuten market. At the same time, the management team took the lead in content planning for the site and streamlining the backyard.
