A Fuchu-yaki store, a local favorite for about 60 years in Fuchu City, Hiroshima Prefecture, asked us to renew their existing e-commerce site. In building the site, we prepared photos and text, and added content such as "how to enjoy the delicious taste. Originally, the company made frozen products for its brick-and-mortar customers and took orders for paper delivery, so the groundwork was laid to start an e-commerce business. In order to increase sales as a business, we proposed to launch an e-commerce site and register the products on a hometown tax payment site.

We were told that they had originally developed a frozen product and were selling it in their actual store, but wanted to renew their website using the grant.

We proposed the effectiveness and necessity of initiatives other than the EC site in order to effectively utilize the product and store information created and reorganized during the construction of the EC site for advertising and +α in the actual store.
Utilize photos and text on the site in other media
The photos and text updated in this website construction were utilized on three hometown tax websites to develop new sales channels. We also utilized the photos and text in the Google Business Profile, which is important for attracting customers to the store, and prepared it to convey the store's appeal when customers search for the store.

New challenges such as new product development
With the increase in sales, there has been a bit of talk about new product development and inventory planning, which has led to positive new actions.
Steady increase in sales without advertising
Sales have been growing steadily, supported by the overwhelming popularity in the local community and word-of-mouth spread. The number of accesses to Google Maps and other physical store information is also increasing steadily.
We would also like to work on web ad placement.
Sales have been steady, but we expect to see further sales increases if we gradually expand our web advertising as well.
