Mr. Nizoo.

A company based in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture, that sells original chopsticks at various events throughout Japan, asked us to build an e-commerce site for them since they were having fewer events due to the Corona disaster. We supported the company in applying for subsidies, and traveled to Fukui Prefecture, where chopsticks are born, to conduct interviews and filming in order to convey the appeal of chopsticks.

"We want to secure sales through e-commerce because the number of events at Corona Disaster is decreasing."

They had been selling their products mainly through demonstrations at department store events nationwide, but the Corona disaster had reduced their opportunities to do so, and they wanted to sell their products on an e-commerce site in order to secure sales.

Make sure the product is appealing.

We needed to come up with content for the site that would convey the appeal of the product so that people would choose Niesu-sama's chopsticks out of the many available.

Filming the process at a workshop in Fukui, a chopstick production center

Since the store specializes in Wakasa-nuri chopsticks, a traditional craft of Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, we visited a workshop in Fukui, the place of production, to photograph the process. We created content like a diary of an exploration of the workshop that conveys the creator's commitment and the attractiveness of the products.

New sales channels are well operated in one year.

It is hard to believe that the company has been selling mainly to customers at events, but it has become so accustomed to and proficient in EC operations that it is now able to operate both events and stores at the same time.

Consistent sales without advertising

After building the EC site, we have gradually increased the number of events we have opened. While balancing the opening of events, we were able to guide customers who met at the events to the EC site, and the EC site functions as a place for repeat customers, resulting in constant sales.

We want to support you in attracting repeat customers.

I would be happy to continue to provide further support by proposing more strategic ways to further increase the number of visitors to the EC from the event, and by using web advertising to discover a new segment of customers.
