Jeans Kikaku Kobo
We were asked to renew the existing EC site for a jeans manufacturer that targets men in their 60's with their deep crotch and easy to wear pants. For the renewal, we reorganized the target audience and planned the design and content for them. We also provided advice on how to attract customers.

We were told that they wanted to renew their originally operated e-commerce site to make it more attractive.
Organize targets and appeal of stores & products
We thought it was necessary to reorganize our target customers and visualize the individuality and attractiveness of Jeans Kikaku Kobo's stores and products. We also felt it was essential to link this with advertising in newspapers, which had been one of the media used to attract customers.
Targeted design and content creation
First, we added smartphone support, which was not available on the previous site, and planned the design and content so that TG would be able to convey the features and appeal of the products. In particular, we also took into account inducement to the store. We used newspaper ads and direct mail to attract customers and guide them to the EC.

To operate stores from the customer's point of view
Careful collection of sales and access data, persona creation, customer purchases, and subsequent image sharing among all parties involved, allows us to manage the store from the customer's point of view.
Attracting customers through various media, sales are stable.
We have also been able to increase the number of times we send out direct mail and link it to EC, resulting in steady sales.
We want to increase product planning and increase repeat business.
We will of course promote our existing products, but in the future we would be happy to put even more effort into product development and help increase the number of repeat customers.
