この度、株式会社マザーアンドチルドレンは
2023年度のIT導入補助金の申請における支援事業者として
認定されました。

IT導入補助金とは

中小企業様におけるソフトウェア、サービス等の導入費用の一部を補助することで、業務効率化・売上アップをサポートする制度。ECサイト構築も含まれます。
採択された場合、実費に対して最大4分の3が補助金として国から支給されます。

We provide e-commerce consulting services as professionals who support mail-order and e-commerce sites in resolving issues. What the Plan does

Based on KPIs such as sales targets and conversions, we will monitor relevant monthly figures, make proposals for store improvements, and provide support for internal decision-making. Based on monthly progress confirmation meetings, we provide continuous support for internal operations with the addition of one or two separate follow-up meetings.

どんなオンラインショップを作りたいか決まっていないのですが申請できますか？
大丈夫です。必ずヒアリングで状況を確認させていただき、一番良いと思われるご提案（内容・お見積り）をいたします。
採択されてからどのくらいの期間で完成しますか？
ご依頼内容によって変わりますが、弊社へお声がけいただいてから約3ヶ月程度で完成します。
不採択だった場合、着手金などの支払いは生じますか？
補助金が不採択になった場合、お声がけいただいた案件を中止することになりますので費用は発生いたしません。なお、補助金申請における着手金などもいただきませんので、ご安心ください。
商品写真撮影も依頼可能ですか？
はい、プロカメラマンにて撮影いたします。必要に応じて食品やアパレルのコーディネーターなど制作チームで撮影いたします。
カートを利用するのが初めてです。使い方をレクチャーしていただくことはできますか？
はい、主要な操作（注文処理・商品登録など）や、初めてお使いいただく機能などレクチャーいたします。また、その他の細かな操作や使い方はヘルプをご活用いただきます。
運用代行もお願いしたいんですが、出来ますか？
はい、可能です。運用代行やコンサルティングメニューもご用意しておりますので、ご相談ください。
納品後の修正も対応できますか？
はい、ご契約内容に応じて納品後の修正も可能です。修正の頻度や範囲・度合いによって別途保守契約を締結いただく必要がございます。その際は必ず事前にご相談いたします。
