PROJECTS
Mr. Nakamoto Honten (Tobikiri)
A manufacturer of "Tobikiri" ramune and special pickles that have been loved by the town and navy of Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, since 1925, the company had been primarily a retailer and wholesaler. Expectations for the e-commerce business were raised, and the company's own operations got off to a good start.

We need support to start direct sales and sell."
In addition to renewing the original corporate website and starting direct sales, we were asked to support the process of selling.
Lack of human resources to operate two sites
When we spoke with him, we felt that he did not have sufficient human resources to manage the two websites from now on. In particular, the president alone was in charge of information dissemination, using a wide range of tools (FB, Instagram, LINE, Youtube, and Note). It was necessary to create a website that could be operated by the company after its launch.
Proposal for a "single focus" type considering human resources
The request was for two sites, a site renewal and an e-commerce site. Since the company has a large number of products, we suggested that the corporate site and the e-commerce site be integrated into a single site, considering the operation within the company. To this end, we proposed an IT implementation subsidy and provided support from application to reporting. We also advised them to focus on a single information transmission tool, Instagram, to improve the quality of their transmission.

Understanding the customer journey in motion
The company now has a clear understanding of the process that leads to the purchase of a product (i.e., the customer journey), and has been able to allocate budgets accordingly, enabling it to deliver results efficiently.
Sales are steady at one compact site.
Sales have been growing steadily thanks to a website that allows visitors to smoothly go from the product introduction page to the purchase page.
Appeal to wholesalers via web & print media
In order to further stabilize our sales, we would like to provide information to our wholesale customers. We would also like to guide our customers from paper media such as pamphlets to the Web.
