An apparel manufacturer in Fuchu City that specializes in women's pants requested consulting services to attract customers to their e-commerce site and increase sales. We worked to increase sales by setting targets based on "pants with zippers," which had been popular since the company's inception, while implementing SEO, multi-store expansion, and advertising. We also proposed the introduction of a system for staff training and business improvement.

Since the target market for "pants with zippers," a signature product of Daimori Senyi, was clear, we thought that sales would surely increase by focusing on creating contact points with potential customers on the website. In addition, since the company had limited human resources, we wondered if it would be possible to train staff who could operate the e-commerce site and also to eliminate the shipping work, which was the most time-consuming part of the process.

We also held monthly study sessions with the staff in charge of e-commerce and focused on training them.
